Tom Cavallo's We have been customers for many years and have always been treated with courtesy by all the staff. The food has always been good and service is great!! In response to Heather Pinto's review: If you are going to put a review up and try to discredit a place and ruin a reputation, the least you can do is be honest. It was your boyfriend that was rude and was swearing and FUing the staff. He was behaving like a spoiled brat!! I have NEVER seen or heard the owner or any other staff raise their voice or swear at a customer. It was very busy, as it was 60 cent wing night and staff was doing everything they could to provide good service. Your party was at the bar for quite sometime before you went to a table and placed your order, so you did not wait hours! Also, when you and your boyfriend left, the rest of your party stayed and were treated to 40 wings and a round of drinks on the house! They were also apologizing for you and the boyfriend, and said they were so embarrassed by your behavior. So if anyone has read Heather Pinto's review I would advise you to ignore it as it is full of lies and half truths!

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! Cavallos is the most poorly run establishment in the entire area. Never in my life have I had such CONSISTENT awful service. To make matters worse, this establishment is clearly led by example, As the owner is the most unprofessional and erratic women I’ve ever encountered in a position of management. It’s absolutely sad that this is the Face of the restaurant. What a disgrace this place has become. Anyone that can scream literally at the top of their lungs in the face of customers do to their own establishments shortcomings should not be in the hospitality field. Without people coming in to support, this place wouldn’t even be running. How dare you treat my group and every other that was there the way did due to faults of your own establishment instead of apologizing. We were there for over 2 hours for an order or chicken wings, without a single drink refill or even one acknowledgement. Even after physically tracking down the waitress to ask for a drink it never came and they rolled their eyes everytime. After the first hour our group started getting drinks from the bar instead of waiting for the server. We witnessed customers walking behind the bar for the own ice, getting their own refills, plates, silverware and napkins. The service was so awful people were reverting to self serve options. My husband was making an attempt to walk up to the bar for an update on how much longer, however the words never even got to leave his mouth bevauSe before he could say A SINGLE THING the women behind the bar claiming to be the owner had over heard him mention the wait to someone else. She IMMEDIATELY starting SCREAMING at the top of her lungs. So much that she started to spit saying if we didn’t like the wait we could F***** leave ! Swearing and spitting in my husbands face. Our entire group was so dumbfounded by the escalation of the situation that we left hungry and ate elsewhere. .. with many others following our lead… Never again

Waitress's very poor service. Had a birthday gathering and never offered drinks. Brought 2 loaves of bread and 2 pitchers of water and plastic cups. Didn't see them for 35 minutes. Forgot birthday girls Feench onion soup when they brought everyone's salads. Lasagna was tasty and Riggies were good too. Atmosphere and service not so much.

First time. Food was tasty. Staff was super friendly. There were some inconsistencies-- Side salads hubby's was twice the size and included iceberg, field greens, and romaine. Mine was a tiny portion of field greens. Huge mini 🍅though!! App:calamari- yummy, strange to include Blueberries 🫐? Everything was delicious
