Not trying to get anyone fired but yesterday, there was an incident that occurred in this beauty salon that the workers dId not take the necessary precautions to protect their customers. A random homeless guy was able to walk past the front desk and into one of their "private" rooms where a woman was getting a wax and the doors were not even locked. The workers had an extremely nonchalant attitude and refused to call the police to remove the man who was STILL IN THE SALON. Instead they called their manager who clearly was no where to be found in the salon. The homeless guy was able to walk into that establishment like he owned the place and walk in on this woman. I saw how upset the woman was after the incident and she had to watch as this guy left the establishment with no reprecussions. It happened in a blink of an eye, but the fact that this guy was still in their bathroom and the workers did nothing made me feel so uneasy. To make matters worse, the workers were getting upset at the customers as they attempted to silence them by telling them that they are making matters worse by being "angry." I was not expecting those women to fight this guy or anything, but they need to get security, if you are going to own a business take the necessary steps to make the customers feel PROTECTED and RESPECTED. This guy was not stabled hence, why other customers were strongly urging them to call the police. The homeless guy literally walked to the back to the salon where the "private" rooms were, open the doors to those rooms until he found the bathroom. He was in their salon for about 7 to 10 minutes. No police was called, that guy could have had a weapon on him, he could have held us hostage, but the workers felt that it was best to "ignore" him as he walked in on that woman. Despite the services being decent, that incident could have gone south real quick. I'm no longer going to this place.

I love coming here, I just got my eyebrows threaded and tinted here for the first time and I was sooooo pleased with the results. I always get a Brazilian wax here and my experiences are always wonderful. This was my first time trying the CBD wax and I am obsessed now. I highly recommend you to try it! Overall the customer service is excellent and I would recommend that you make an appointment ahead of time. You will not be disappointed!!!

Went in for lashes. The lady asked if I wanted the natural look. Told her no. She spent 10 minutes on my lashes and claimed she's done. I looked at them. Wasn't pleased. Can you believe she said," I gave you the natural look that's why you can't see them. " Can you believe that.. kmt 😥😔

The place was nice and clean the girl.who worked on me was awesome. I tend to be super picky but she was on point. I got a Brazilian wax done I chose chocolate wax because it's what I'm familiar with. I did not wait and they took me right in. I paid $35.00 and I couldn't be happier right now!
