I've been coming here for years, and while they have a great selection and are quite knowledgeable, the staff seem to be very unfriendly. I noticed another reviewer posted a similar review two weeks ago, and I had the same experience, yet again, today. I walked in an as usual they literally don't acknowledge I'm even there, always chatting with other employees, act annoyed if you ask them a question, very dismissive, etc. Now I've only been to the Escondido location a handful of times, but the employees there seem to be much, much friendlier. Come on Oceanside employees, you should be happy you get to work in an awesome reptile store, no need to have a "I don't care about anything" attitude. 😕

Really cool place and has everything you need to take care of everything from small to very large animals. Even cool to just walk around and see what they have.

I literally was searching everywhere online to find 2 adult female Eastern Hermanns and LLL had them here locally! We haven't named them yet, but they are super active, healthy, curious, exploring, eating, drinking, climbing, and we are beyond thrilled to add these 2 girls to our gang 🐢🐢🐢

Went to see the reptiles with my son. We made the decision to add a bearded dragon to the family as soon as we get our apartment in a month. We held the bearded dragon and the boa constrictor. They have cool amphibians and arachnids. Cool place. The customer service is very good as well as knowledgeable. Thanks everyone.
