This park is more of an open field with benches to overlook the Ohio River and watch the trains pass. It is a nice area to enjoy a lunch with a view at one of their picnic tables or play Frisbee in the open grass area. It is pet friendly.

My favorite place to come when I visit home. Peaceful! The people are always friendly. Restaurants right of the riverfront. You can catch a nice breeze whienjoying the scenery. Barges going up and down the river. A water area for the children to play in plus a playground. A great place for all. Beautiful!

Beautiful old trees throughout this great riverfront park. Two water fountains that you are welcome to walk through. A very scenic railroad bridge spans the river. It's a perfect location to watch the sunset!

I enjoyed viewing this old railroad bridge and the Ohio River from the parks along the Henderson, Kentucky riverfront (there are several parks, all linked by a walking path). Really nice stop on my way back from my road trip to Nashville.
