I’m giving two stars because I always get great coffee here and the workers are so friendly. But I’d give zero if I could due to their food. I’ve gotten raw, inedible bacon here multiple times which is a shame because I love their black pepper bacon. I throw it out almost every time and am wasting my money because I can’t eat it. I hope someone addresses this problem soon so I can get good, cooked bacon here

Come here about once a week and everytime atleast one thing every order gets messed up. Customer service is very good and the order that is right is good. But even when it's an app order it gets messed up.

Visited at 10 am on a Thurs. Was out of some donuts & pastries. Rest room was out of order. Service was super slow, even though neither counter nor drive-thru was busy. Finally, they rang up wrong order & tried to charge wrong amount. At least the coffee was ok once we eventually got it.
