Katherine did a wonderful job with my 2 year old today! I was so nervous taking him to get his first haircut, but she was very attentive to him when he was getting antsy! She was fast which I appreciate knowing my son wasn't going to sit still too long! Thank you!

Took my 21 month old for his first cut. His hair was at his shoulders and bangs in his eyes. We walked in to check in , and they were very busy . but Very friendly. We ended up waiting 40 minutes , BUT I went in prepared for a wait due to it being a Saturday and them having to take Covid precautions. I’ve personally had a good experience at this location with Ashlee. We were paired up with Ms Chelsea. She was great. And handled my sons SCREECHING(not even a scream he was possessed lol!!!) Like a champ. I mean I love my son but he was nightmare. And she still managed a good cut. It was definitely not pleasant , but she didn’t make me feel bad or embarrassed about my sons fit or anything. I typically wouldn’t leave reviews ab a haircut , but I am truly blown away by her customer service 😃 they also gave me a little card with a little chunk of his hair in it so I can put in his memory box. I will definitely continue to use this location.

This was my first time using Great Clips and I will be back!! I was able to check in through the app, and wait time wasn’t bad at all. My stylist was Amy and she was absolutely wonderful. Before I came, I had called the store and spoke with Courtney who was also incredibly sweet and helpful. I love my cut and will def be a repeat customer
