I will never order from here again. It's always absolutely terrible service. I ordered a pizza, wings, bread sticks etc nearly two hours ago and haven't seen anyone yet. The tracker says it's still being made. I've called the store 3 times already and no one ever picks up the phone, I just get hung up in eventually and have to call back. This is completely unacceptable. I see why this location has so many negative reviews now. Just a terrible experience every time I order from here this will be the last time. I'd rather make a DiGiorno at home and not have to deal with this.

The service at this location is HORRIBLE! The store manager said her name was "Tiffany Davis", but I'm not sure that was probably not true. The pizza was minutes late when I called and had been sitting waiting on a driver for 45 minutes and still hadn't been picked up. I asked for a full refund and was told they would only give me store credit. I told them I wasn't coming back to this location and did not need store credit and was told i could not get my money back. I asked for who i could speak to about this since the store manager said she couldn't do refunds and she said I should go online and look up a number to call and complain. Hadn't ordered Pizza Hut in YEARS and I"m clearly reminded as to why today.

Pre-ordered pizza at 3:00 on 5/6/22 to be ready at 5:00. Wife went to pick it up at 5 and at 5:45 she was still there. I called and it took 5 minutes to get someone then was told to hold please. After 10 minutes lady answered the phone and said “hold please”. This happened for 25 minutes and no one even talked to me so I hung up. Wife finally got our pizza around 6:00 and called and mentioned that there were 10-15 people standing at the location waiting on their pizzas. Never again will I order from this location again. Run down and I keep getting told it’s no help. Not my problem if I pre-order. Location just needs to be closed down!!!!!

Horrible!!!! Completely unacceptable pizza never got delivered. Ordered at 10:37… estimated to deliver in 27-37 minutes. Pizza had still not been delivered at 11:30 which was already 1 hour in. Called the store to ask about status and requested to cancel since it was so late and they refused to cancel or give a refund. They said only thing we could do was just wait… so we did. It is now 1am and still no pizza. NEVER AGAIN.
