FORCES YOU TO PURCHASE JEWELRY INSURANCE THEN WHEN YOU NEED TO USE IT THE PROBLEMS WITH THE JEWELRY DON'T EXIST . SHE HAD FUN SMILING SAYING SHE IS THE MANAGER WHEN I ASKED FOR A MANAGER. THE OTHER WOMEN TOLD ME I AM SORRY I CAN'T HELP YOU SHE IS THE MANAGER.BLEW MY MIND THAT SOMEONE WHO HAS NO BRAINS OR CUSTOMER SERVICE BIS A MANAGER IS AT THIS LOCATION. WE CLOSED OUR ACCOUNTS AND WITH GO TO A DIFFERENT JEWELER FOR OUR NEXT THREE PURCHASES

First time i bought jewelery in a long time .i had a great experience THANKS to GODFREE not sure if i spelt his name right but he was the most stright forward down to earth salesman ive met. I was in a jam and he did what he had to do to get me my stuff . appricate all the help bro . also elias. Was helpful and informative. You need more workers like godfree!!

My husband has purchased my wedding set, another ring, a necklace and bracelet there. This is the second time we have had a bad experience. Beware of SULLY! She's rude, eats on the floor with customers present. My husband came in immediately, paid off his account and closed it. We will never do business there again!
