They've done two sewn-on boot re-soles for me. The first was well done, but the last one had nails protruding inside the heel area that I didn't notice until I was home (I tapped them back down myself). On the second repair they didn't have the shoes done on time and didn't call me when they were supposed to. The shop and parking lot is dirty and run down. Economical, but a mixed experience over all.
