The store wasn't what I was hoping for. After shopping online for so long and seeing posts of going to the store to actually shop and picking out things my heart was set on going. I drove almost four hours to go to this store and I arrived at the time it opened and to my displeasure I soon realized it wasn't great. The store itself was a complete mess and the cashier was less than tolerable. The leather in the store wasn't in order at all it was like looking through a needle in a hay stack. After finding the side that I was so eager to get I went to check out to be rudely told it couldn't be sold due to a sticker?!?! No explanation further. I will stick to shopping online at least that way I can actually find what I need.

I've just started my leather working journey and was overwhelmed trying to find the materials I needed online. I am so grateful that I found a local store that I could go to and put my hands on the product. The store is very well organized and has so many options! The lady behind the counter was wonderful. She never crowded me, but made sure I knew she was there if I needed. When I checked out she was pleasant to speak with and made sure I knew how to use the products and got everything I needed. I had actually forgotten a sealer and she was able to point me to the right product for my project. Overall it was a great experience and I will be a customer for life!

Really impressive stock of tools. Also this is the only place that is close to me that has this nice of a selection of tools. I'm new to leather work so I'm not sure if the quality of the leather is really good or not but it has what I need. People are helpful if you ask.
