- Stores have been provided detailed hour-by-hour cleaning protocols and to accommodate, all stores have reduced open hours to allow for additional time throughout the day for these cleaning protocols. - Team Members are regularly disinfecting all high touch areas and are protecting Customers by cleaning shopping carts, register areas, and counters after each use. - Protective barrier shields in all stores that are open to the public. - Contactless shopping through Curbside Pick-Up and Same-Day Delivery at select U.S. stores. - Social distancing protocols in all stores and are reiterating those through regular PA announcements. Sidewalks and register areas have been marked to provide visual cues that help to reinforce the acceptable distance that the CDC has recommended. - Limited foot traffic to Stores by temporarily suspending all in-store events, classes, MAKE Breaks and birthday parties.
