Love it! I now live an hour away but get there every chance i can. Awesome place to do family stuff, meet with friends or else just hang out n enjoy nature. So relaxing, especially in the early morning. Super friendly people there. Do some fishing, barbecue, walk the trail...lots of things to simply unwind n de-stress. Highly recommend this place.

Nice park with some docks to launch Kayak or paddleboard into lake. Paved path is great for walking dogs or pushing strollers

A beautiful park, quiet, clean, and not overly crowded.

wonderful, peaceful park to enjoy a run or walk or just set a blanket and relax. I love watching the seasons change as I go to this park every week sometimes twice a week. There are lots of birds to observe and enjoy too. I see people fishing as well.

It is a lake dug out by hand during the depression. But for all practical purposes it is a park along a long lake. There is a nice playground and picnic spots and some outdoor art.
If you enter from Church Street the playground will be on your right. It's called Haines Park.
