The pizza at this restaurant is great! It has a light crispy crust and flavorful pepperoni. The employees are very nice! This was our first visit. We will go back!

Never felt a business did not want someone’s money, Walked in to order a Togo order. Was rushed in the door by a rude girl, even when other people were in front of us and there was no room to move in more. Went to counter to place order and girl at counter decided to answer phone instead of taking our order, So rude girl told us to come back to hostess station to order, So we started placing our order and went to order a personal pizza for one of our dishes, apparently they not making them cause they are short staffed. Maybe update online menu to reflect what is being sold, so customers know what they can order before arriving. I can understand not doing some foods, but it’s is just a smaller pizza. No?. Anyhow definitely will give our monies to other local businesses in the future. Rudenesses is not becoming of a business in this day and age. Mind you we arrived upon opening. Seams to me they just want larger items to profit more. Too bad the place used to be outstanding service n the past.

THIS is good pizza, 5 stars. I’ve been disappointed with the pizza shops here in Cary, but I’m happy to have found this one. Dough has enough structure to hold shape when you fold in half. The slightly charred flavor from the oven is excellent. And the sauce has some sweetness with the aromatics of basil. I hope our 2nd visit is the same experience.

I have had every item on the menu over the past three years, and have always had a superlative dining experience. Keep up the stellar work everyone at Ricci's!!
