What a great experience. They make you feel as if you're the most important customer to them - and all I got was a $4 key made! Highly recommend over anyone else. (Plus, they have cool plants outside and a couple inside.)

Great Experience! I brought a defective Honda ignition switch cylinder to be repaired, they replaced the broken wafers which allowed me to use my existing key and saved me $300.00.

I was first greeted with short, curt (simply rude) behavior. And that was from the owner. I tolerated it to accomplish my task and while waiting, he brought a small tin box from the back that belonged to an elderly gentleman. He was requesting a key to be made for this yard sale trinket. It had a few coins inside & je was curious to see the contents. When the owner brought the box back with 1 key, the man inquired about another copy. The owners response was exactly this, 'I made two because I ALWAYS MAKE A DUPLICATE OF EVERY LOCK.' I can make you another one but I keep a master copy. I don't know about you other patrons but that was enough to make me turn around and walk out the door. The last thing I need is a spare key of my safe floating around out there. If you're OK with that, keep going but as for me, I'll never cross their threshold again. Bad attitude, keeping extra copies ( don't ask & he won't tell you).No thank you!

They should be able to fix the one you have or order a battery/instructions on how to reset it after installing new battery. Or if u have to reset cuz you bought a new one. If they cant Neuwirth will fix it or get u new 1.
