I order insomnia cookies almost every weeknight. I live a bit far from the place and I'm on the 3rd story of an apartment building and I always appreciate how fast and considerate they are of delivery instructions! Please tip your cookie drivers well!

Stopped by for cookies and they didn't have the one I wanted. No big deal, I just ordered a couple of others and milk. Only milk they had was strawberry, but I wanted white. Still not a big deal but kind of bummed at this point, ordered strawberry. Cashier waits until my payment is processing to tell me the milk is not cold..... Who wants tepid milk with their cookies? There isn't at least a walk-in in the back to keep milk cool? Where is the transparency? Tell me this info before I order and don't wait until I'm paying for full disclosure. Common sense? This place has little.

We have not been customers for very long, but we have enjoyed at least four or five visits. However in the evening there is a worker who seems to not care. We came into an apparent argument and it didn't seem to matter that we were there ordering food. I don't like to order food from places where people are disgruntled. If she does not want to work then she should not. Especially if it is working with the public. This is a distaste that will take a while to get over. We left and went somewhere else. As a business owner I hate giving bad reviews to another business trying to earn and maintain good customers. One bad apple can still spoil the whole bunch.

Great place to go if you have a sweet tooth because they stay open late. I like how they keep the cookies in a warmer so they are warm when you get them. It is a really small store but they offer cookies 🍪 brownies, ice cream 🍦 and a cooler with milk.they do have some vegan options, and gluten-free options. The worker didn’t seem very happy to be working like she would rather be anywhere else. She did answer a question I had but she didn’t seem happy
