WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. WAITED 25 minutes for help. Asked 5 staff for assistance with wood molding. Not my dept. can you get someone? To incompetent. The store was not crowded. Finally after raising my voice and saying does anyone work here the manager tried but he was not of much help. I told him he should be fired for the lack and f any customer service. I expect that from home depot

This is the worst building supply company. I live in the area and I went there to get an estimate on 10 Marvin Windows. I spoke to Franco Merida and he asked me to send him the measurements. I sent Franco an email on 1/18 and he never replied back. Therefore, I decided to call and speak to the Manager Brian Benett he asked me to send him an email with the information and he would get back to me, which I did on 1/26. To this day I haven't received a call or email regarding the price of 10 Marvin windows. I don't know how this company stay's in business! Don't waste your time here go to Home Depot!

DO NOT ORDER WINDOWS AND DOORS from GUS (sales rep)!! Ordered and spent over 50k there for my house and needed replacement parts but he keeps forgetting, loses the order, lies and tells me tomorrow everyday and has yet to help me out! Honestly, how difficult is it to invoice me for 5 parts? Visiting there daily and asking about the order doesn't help either. Best to go elsewhere for windows! He needs to be fired! So pissed off at Gus!

Generally unhelpful and very expensive. They dont have a real procedure for lines or helping people and seem to revel in that awkwardness. It takes about an hour for their DOT MATRIX printer to make a receipt. Sucks bad.
