Good Evening Cloninger Toyota Team, I wanted to take a few minutes tonight and tell you that I have bought many cars over the years from many different companies and places. This experience, tonight, was the absolute best experience that I have ever had. DeAndre Thomas is a spectacular employee of yours. When we stopped by last evening, we did not realize you were already closed when we asked for someone to show us a car. DeAndre was more than happy to help us, even though we later found out he wasn't even supposed to be there. That's sincere dedication. He let us take the car for a test drive and we talked while driving. He made us feel so completely comfortable and welcome. We got his digital business card and I communicated with him again that evening and today. He was extremely accommodating and professional. We came back this evening after I left work and picked up my wife. We asked for DeAndre and he made this entire experience so incredibly pleasant from beginning to end. I also have the same high praise for Jamie Fritts. We appreciated so much how helpful and knowledgeable you were. You worked so hard to get us the best deal and we are very happy and grateful. Even though it was past closing time, you treated us with kindness and respect, working diligently to make sure you got everything the way we wanted it. I'll say it again. This was the best car buying experience that I have ever had from beginning to end, even with the Financial Manager KT. He was awesome as well. My experience at Cloninger was very positive. I primarily worked with Brian Sheldon on the sales team (along with Richard and Andy) and everyone was very professional. In a very unusual car purchasing market, the team at Cloninger was very straightforward and low pressure and seemed to be one of the very few Toyota dealers not tacking on crazy, zero-value ‘market adjustments’. Bobby in sales and Bill in finance were awesome! This was hands down the best and easiest car buying experience my husband and I have been through. We have been super loyal to another dealership company for years and when we tried to trade our 2020 Highlander for a new car at THREE different dealerships in that chain they all tried to lowball us on our trade. The math didn’t add up on our out the door price and no one would explain the hidden fees, they just kept trying to get our focus on the payments. We walked all three times. Finding Cloninger Toyota was by total accident. We weren’t particularly looking at another Toyota but we had driven past this lot and decided to just drive through. We saw the 2021 C-HR and immediately loved it. No haggling, no hidden fees, no sleazy sales tactics. The way it should be! And Bill in finance is amazing as well. Did not try to talk us into a bunch of unneeded coverage, and patiently worked some numbers with us to get us exactly the coverage we wanted. We absolutely loved our experience and our new car! We will definitely be coming back for our future purchases!
