Orange store. Very poor service. Decided when I walked in that he wasn't going to have anything for me. Told me options didn't exist that I know exist. Won't be back ever. I hope the other stores aren't this bad... Response to response: sorry, but none of that was true. We walked in, I had questions, and he was clearly not interested in helping us. I asked about a product I know exists, and the response was it does not. Not that he hadn't heard of it. Not that must be new. Not I don't think that's will work. it didn't exist. I asked about wheel sizes and getting over stoops, he had no clue. I knew what I needed would be special order, and acknowledged that at the beginning of the conversation. I had basic questions about products to help me make a decision, and it was obvious I was bothering him being in the store. I went half a mile down the street, and found someone that was able to answer all my questions, the same ones I had fort you, and they will get my business.

My dad had an unexpected heart surgery last week and we knew with his home coming he would need something comfortable to recover on. Adrian Ioja was SO helpful and knowledgeable in finding the right type of chair for my dad. He really took his time to ask me the right questions and gave me so much information about what was best for him. Not only was the chair affordable but adrian had delivered the very next day after I ordered it. I had called another Medical supply store prior to calling DMES and they tried to sell me on a chair that only had 3 positions for the same price that we got an infinite position chair at DMES. I will be going her for all of my families medical supply needs from now on. It really shows that DMES really cares about their customers.

Phenomenal service! I called on a Saturday morning, and talked to Michelle. who went above and beyond for me. We had an urgent situation where we needed an adjustable bed delivered for my dad, the same day despite the expedite fee. i was more than happy to pay given the circumstances. Michelle was awesome and worked with us in getting it delivered/set up. The owner came and personally set up and delivered it! Super impressed with the fast turnaround, empathy, and professionalism. Great place to get your everyday medical supplies and more. Needed adult diapers for my grandmother and they have the best diaper I have ever found. The Tranquility briefs last 8 to 10 hours. Grandma can sleep through the night and is happy when she wakes up. Very happy!
