Unfortunatly, another business that I used to like for their professionalism and customer service is just a thing from the past. They were the best priced and customer friendly when they just opened and really impressed me. I went yesterday afternoon to get an estimate on a new screen, back cover and new battery for my phone. The price given to me was different from the one that I was given on the phone but, you know, "Corporate never get it right" It was not that bad so I agree and was told to come back the next day at 10 to get the repair done quickly. I took the morning off and I was greated by another person, Eric, who quoted me another price, much higher. While I was trying to work out a way to find how to get back to the price I was given the day before, another person came out to take over, named Eddie. The price not only went higher but I was told that after the repairs were done, they had to run a test to see if the camera was calibrated properly. If it was not, they could NOT release the phone back to me unless I agree to the repair. This kind of maneuver used to be called racketeering. You're going for a $400 repair and you end up in the $600 at least and the only choice you have is to submit or walk out the store. I decided on the latest. Maybe I would have left the phone but Eddie's attitude took away all the trust I had in that store. When I asked him how many times they find a phone who needs camera calibration, his answer was " Four out of ten". No way I will leave him my phone! What proof would I have that it was necessary? The camera works just fine but if they decide that it's not, I'll have to agree or loose my phone.

They were able to fix my iMac with a new hard drive for a fraction of what I would have spent on a new one! This store is great and Eric is excellent. I bought the electronics insurance and the discount saved me the cost of the insurance on the repair. Thanks so much guys - this is my third time having Ubreak I fix fix all my things. U break I fixhas been well worth it every time.

First and last time coming. Came in for a diagnostic one morning. I had to leave my computer with them for the day. I called the same day for an update they said they were too busy to do it. So I left it over night. Called again by the end of the second day and again they said they were too busy to do it. Over all they gave no calls or updates. Couldn’t even do my diagnostic over the span of two of their business days. I went and just took my computer back.

Incredible team! The first person who helped me out was extremely helpful and informative. The two gentlemen that attended me when i picked it up we’re very friendly and insightful. Great service! will be coming again (hopefully not soon so my phones not broken😭)

They were unable to fix my broken Asus screen because, I was told, it's a touchscreen. The staff were friendly and accomodating though and there was no charge.
