James was horrible. I worked at this location And my other co worker who ended up quitting actually told me James would talk badly about me and others behind our backs. Nothing worse than working somewhere where you feel the fake energy with other co workers. Hated working here so much. Doesn’t even deserve one star.

Terrible customer service. I received boots as a gift that did not fit. I came to the Boca Raton location to return and receive a gift card/credit. Was told by the manger who looked no older than 19 to take my stuff back home and he won’t exchange my items till I find new shoes. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve bought many shoes from here an have never had an issue returning. This child clearly has no experience in retail/ customer service.

Store Selection is good. Service needs lots of work. The store manager Gabby doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. Not only is she unwilling to help customers, she has a really bratty attitude and won’t listen. I ordered shoes to the store and got no notification and felt like a nucance for checking. Skip this store. Just shop online....
