Im not sure if Im ordering at high end brand 1. I ordered shoes from you guys and you guys sent different size 2. I chose blue color neck tie and when i checked at home it was brown color Im very upset with these immature work process your doing right now. I dont have all day to waste my time because of your mistake I hope you dont lower your service qualities do to this kind of simple work as a mistake I am very disappointed in your service

I am very unsatisfied with Gucci's customer service. I had purchased a wallet as a gift for my partner and we dropped this off in-stores to get his initials embossed. After a few weeks, I received an email notification letting me know that it is ready for pick up but I was unable to come by the store and opted for them to ship it directly to me. I sent a follow up email requesting confirmation that the item has been shipped along with the tracking number. After no response back via email, I tried calling twice this week and both times I was told to expect to hear back from the Costa Mesa location/manager within 24 hours or end of day. Both of which did NOT happen. I ended up having to take time out of my day to commute from San Diego to speak with the manager directly about this. If it wasn't an inconvenience enough, I was kept waiting for about 10 minutes before I was helped by any associates/manager and the store was not that busy. Ironically, we found out Fedex tried to make a delivery attempt today which was missed. I honestly feel like this could have been prevented if I had the tracking number to begin with, this way I knew to be on the lookout. I am quite disappointed on how things were handled. There was just a lack of communication on important shipping information. ESPECIALLY with it being a luxury brand, I expected better service. Overall, as a first-time customer at Gucci this was a poor experience that I wanted to share.

The sneakers we got had some scratches we had to drive 1.5 hours trip to change them. For the price you pay you don’t expect to get used or display items. Not a sorry from the lady until I said I was disappointed.
