Finally found authentic sushi in Phoenix. Yutaka had great quality and value and very fresh raw fish. The quality of the Japanese recipes is excellent it reminded me of authentic Japanese street food that I ate when I was visiting Japan. We definitely will be back.

I am just traveling through on vacation and found this little spot to eat with my family before heading to the water park. We all loved the food 🥰😍 They had big portions. The service was great. The sushi and Spicy Ramen are so good! Wish we had the stomach to have been able to try more interesting items on the menu.

So this place has its pros and cons. By no means is it bad, but I've had better. The good: rolls are huge and very nicely presented. The ones that are good, are great such as the snowman roll. The not so great: the poke roll and the albacore roll both had this vinegar sauce we were just not a fan of. Wasn't to our taste and I just didn't realize how spicy the poke roll would be. The yellowtail roll tasted fresh but the room temperature threw me off a bit, as in used to cool if not cold fish. The Sapporo draft honestly had a rubbery taste to it which was just so bizarre I couldn't finish it. Thankfully that was cheap Overall, I likely won't come back but it's not a bad place. Was very busy but the wait staff was pretty attentive. Just a few of the rolls were not to our taste preference.
