This is the best Italian food I have ever had, the pizza is just amazing. This place seems so authentic, the staff and the service is just commendable. The owner is probably the nicest and most humble person you can imagine. No doubt the fame of this restaurant. This is a must visit restaurant especially for Italian cuisine lovers.

We haven't been to Palermo Italian Restaurant in Los Feliz for decades - and it is just as friendly and hospitable as ever! The food is straightforward home Italian cooking, as it always had been. The service starts with a phone call to the restaurant as dinner service started to ask about parking. He stayed on the phone with me until I found the street a few minutes later. I was so impressed. And I could tell our long- time, accommodating server that I never lose an opportunity to tell people how Palermo made my husband and I (and everyone in the lively crowd on line waiting outside) feel so welcome with a glass of wine 🍷 servers passed to us all. They still do this for $1 I understand. And, sigh, when you walk outside, there are people in walking in the streets, which what I miss so much about living in the area!

The service was fantastic. They make you feel at home. The meat ravioli and garlic bread were good! My wife had the chicken parmigiana but didn’t like it. It wasn’t crispy and it was a bit chewy.

This place is far by the best!!! It has been owned by the same owner's I have watched their kids grow up. I promise you will not go home hungry and you will be over the moon Say Hello to Tony
Yes. I did see some options that read gf on the menu. Since it was my bd party and I was in celebration mode, I didn't pay attention to it. But the food, service, and ambiance is as good now as when I first went there in the early 90s.
