Very accommodating front desk staff. I booked through a third party using the wrong dates. It was totally my fault, but the front desk told me they would cancel and refund my erroneous booking when I showed up on the date I needed the room. I was so relieved and happy about it. Clean facility. Convenient location. Would definitely stay here again.

Positive: The room was just as I was expecting. The bed was very comfortable and I had no trouble getting into it. I am handicapped and when the bed is to high I have trouble but this was perfect. The room was a good size and it was laid out well to get around. Negative: no

Staff was friendly, room was clean and nice , bed was a little stiff but it wasn’t bad , plenty of towels , continental breakfast was good - only complaint is that I walked in and it was one price went outside to get my wallet and it was another price all of a sudden . But overall good stay !

My sisters and I drove 6 hours to NJ for a nursing gala.  We come back at the end of the night and open the pull out bed only to find HAIR, FRIED CHICKEN CRUMBS, AND WHAT LOOKS LIKE MUSTARD STAINS ALL OVER THE BED.  I try calling the front desk, the phone didn't work.  I go  back to the lobby to let them know and ask for a clean fitted sheet.  The man at the desk just hands me 2 flat sheets.  I ask again for a clean fitted sheet, he says house keeping will bring one in the morning when they come to clean, which I know wouldn't happen because during check in we were told they only do cleaning every other day and that house keeping would not be around Friday.  My sister then goes back down to try and explain.  The clerk rudely says, " I gave her 2 sheets, that's not enough?!"  Then tells us this was house keeping fault.  Also says that WE should have checked for this upon check in.  I payed $400 for a 2 night stay, and was given a FILTHY ROOM!  Then basically told it was MY FAULT for not checking for these things when I checked in.  ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!  Clerk told us to take it up with management in the morning.  I will NEVER stay in this hotel again. And STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE
