Just went here and normally dont have a huge issue but today I had an less than pleasant stop. They were short staffed which I understand but I waited 30 min after my chosen pick up time, asked if they had my order which they didn't and still proceeded not to get me anything. I ended up having to leave without any food. I did have a great experience with their Customer Care and getting my refund back but I will no longer come to this location because they just make up excuses as to why they cant do their jobs efficiently and or correctly.

Dirty floor. Stacked dishes. Dirty table (every single one). It doesn't look like they clean up after a customer leaves. It makes me feel unwelcome because I had a hard time finding a table that is clean. I just sat on one that is less Dirty. This place Gotta hire someone for cleaning

I never leave reviews, but I have been here 4 times and every single time, without fail, my order gets messed up. Today, I ordered chicken wild rice soup. Instead I got chicken noodle. Last time I asked for the dressing mixed in to my salad, and instead I got no dressing… just a complete lack of attention to detail which makes it incredibly frustrating when you get home with your food and realize it’s wrong.
