I applied for a specified position which they hired me for. They told me I could start working sooner until the position I applied for was contractually secured by the company. I never heard back from them, supervisors dont communicate, and account manager either ignore you, or give you the silent treatment. Awful work environment, and no Vacation time accumulation.

No call back. I called 4 times and got different responses each time... I still have no resolve to the harassment I'm getting from the security at PF in Vista, for parking at night at a 24 hour facility.

I am in so much disbelief on how bad this place is ran from HR down (there is a free good people there)my scheduler continues to schedule me over my other job know my availability already!!! Then he decided he want me to drive to North County when I live in Spring Valley 45 min drive! How can he assume I can financially be able to do that all the time!!! CONFLICTING Schedule to top that... Requested PTO time off, He gave me off a week to early and scheduled me on my vacation...****You Gotta wonder where there MINDS AT!!!!!🤔🤔🤔

us security associates is a pathetic joke. There are a couple of good people in the company. But the company it's self dose not take care of there employees. My step son worked for them 6 months. us security gave him one shirt and one pair of pants that didn't fit for his uniform. They never paid him for a couple of sick days, witch is a state law as of June 2015. Most security guards will never make more than $10.00 an hour because US Security Associates dose not give any pay raise. My step son said there's a guy that has been working for US Security Associates for 5 years and still makes $10.00 an hour. US Security Associates doesn't pay on time, some times they will mail it, some times you have to go to the office. It took my step son about 5 weeks to get his last 2 checks. I would Not recommend this company to any one looking for a job or security. US Security Associates is very unprofessional and seems to give you the run-a-round.
