Relatively easy access from IH-10. Gas price acceptable considering the area. Clean restrooms and a place to let the dog get a little exercise

A convenient place to get gas if you are coming from the east. Not so much if you are coming from the west. Likewise once you are done, if you want to head east you have to make a u turn at the light down the street. Overall a nice clean place to get gas.
