I keep calling several times for the past 4 days and ask to speak to someone in Refrigerators and have been left on hold each time for more than 20 -25 minutes which at the time I end up hanging up. I tell you when it was Sears Outlet, employees were more professional, helpful and took care of the customers much better. I am just going to purchase at Best Buy, which they are offering tax free on the appliances and I have never had a bad experience yet with Best Buy. I give Best Buy a 5 stars always, every time that I have gone there to purchase something.

Marlene helps us out buying a dryer today, she was super helpful, guided us to get the best option. We were unsure about the extended warranty and she was very thorough in explaining all the ins and out of the fine print, we got it, for $209 / 3yr. For someone to just come out generally speaking is $100 w/o any warranty. The warranty they sell here covers labor and parts—- no brainer. Hope this helps someone make a decision to buy here and from this amazing employee. Ps- no I’m not related to her nor the business

Used to be sears outlet. It's a toss up between Brandsmart USA scratch n dent. Lots of furniture now and mattress. If you like it buy it, it won't be there next day.

No. Both Sears Outlet and the new American Freight Appliance, Furniture, Mattress are completely separate entities from Sears and Sears' parent company TransformCo. In fact, starting in late April, we will no longer use the Sears Outlet name and it will be removed entirely from all of our materials and business operations.

Yes. I think it's about $80 or more. Note: if you transport yourself, they will not come to your home to assist with installation if something goes wrong. You will have to take the appliance back to them.
