Clean and perfect. Staff is cordial. Smells delicious as soon you cross the door and they all have a nice smile on the face for you at no extra cost. Loved it. We will come back.

Pros: - very delicious, freshly made & good-quality food - excellent customer service - comfy seating & open until 12am Cons: - they used to be open past midnight, but not since COVID hit in 2020 at most locations (not sure if all locations) - not many vegetarian options - not many (if any) slushie options Verdict; * Highly recommended for a good burger, hot dog, shake or chicken options... Just wish they opened past midnight like they used to

Service was super slow and they were not busy. I asked for the manager because on my receipt someone else's credit card information was there and apparently he was to busy for me or didn't care never came out to me. When my food came out out it was cold missing stuff and the girl had attitude about it. I get it looks she was the only person working. When I left they had a long line oh boy. It took almost 45 minutes for me and was slow. They need just need staff I think.

No one there to acknowledge or direct us when we walked in. Ordered on kiosk. Milkshakes were good. We ate outside because it was freezing cold inside(we weren’t the only ones to complain about that). The flies almost devoured us so it was difficult to eat. My hamburger was cold. Just not a great experience and won’t be back.
