This could have been a glowing review, however, my experience was very disappointing. Long story short, my first 2 visits, were great, Linda and Andrea, are very pleasant and helpful. Said they could cut bangs, as style didn't have. I ordered a beautiful bob, gorgeous color, quite expensive $450. but was very good quality. Bangs were cut, but after going home, section kept falling in eyes, went back to feather, only, the small section of bang falling forward. Linda, proceeded to razor cut the entire side! I would not have ordered a bob if I wanted one side different and shorter! Several calls and visits, Linda would not replace the wig, but offered me one at her cost of $200 and I would keep original. I was told health reasons prevented her to return or resell. I am Upset, as I wasn't the one to cut. I wanted to think bout it and I needed a medical procedure that prevented me from going out for a month, she said that was fine to let her know. I called after the mo. to tell her I wanted the offer, She said she would let Andrea know to order. Andrea called ready to charge me the full price, told her Mothers offer. But that was, now, to return the original wig! Many calls were avoided, until I finally spoke with Linda and she now said, same as Andrea....That would make me paying over $650 for ONE wig! Saying this was her business and she had to make money. NOT taking into consideration that she made the money on first wig and the second was costing her Nothing. She lost a long term customer, as I was already wanting more! But now the wig is far less than perfect and I am stuck. VERY expensive order, for not being as wanted . You might want to make sure wig is exactly as you want, prior to ordering. Poor customer service if any issues should arise!
