Last night I ordered a hawaiian pizza n a marble cookie around 1015ish, I usually order from domino's n never had an issue ordering from them till last night. I understand the inconvenience of being short staff. But being short staffed has nothing to do with the preparation of the food. Especially, when we are paying your prices dominos + your delivery fee, Us as customers if we are paying your prices we should be able to atleast receive some decent food. Last night , It took 4 Hours for my food to get here i was already falling asleep! The driver gave me a call around 2 AM saying she was 7 Min away. Also the driver called me with thru a private number , the driver knew what she was delivering , i ended up getting delivered a COLD , HARD, pizza last night, n not only that they burnt the cookie i ordered n NEVER decided to cut it, n on top of that i still tipped the driver considering they are short staffed but after receiving my food i definately think it wasnt worth it. I am so disappointed with this type of service . If the delivery was gonna be made late they should given me a call telling me that its gonna be 4 hours late, n atleast kept the food warm, but not let the food be outside for it to get all cold , theres no type of consideration on how ur employees are making food n no type of consideration on how they are preserving it. Ask yourself now.. would u wouldve liked to be serviced this way? You guys already look bad with ur terrible delivery service. Why add on to that w. Your terrible quality food service ? Highly disappointed with you dominos !

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!!!!!!! Horrible!!!! Disgusting customer service!!!! Order online for delivery, toke a long time for delivery. When I call the store a extremely rude girl name ALEXIS answer the phone. I questioned about my oreder.....She says " YOUR ORDER IS CANCEL", ...and hung up the phone. I will contact the headquarters this store got go out business!!!!!!

Late delivery, Disgusting pizza and Horrible customer service. The pizza was out for delivery for 40 minutes. When we received it, the boxes were crushed and the pizza was cold. I called twice to speak with a manager and was put on hold for a long time. They finally connected me with a manger named Edna. She was rude and did not even apologize for the bad service. I will not be ordering Domino's again.

My first time I other from this place and it was the worst it took them 50 minutes to make it, an extra 28 minutes from the time the driver left the store to arrive in to my house and I only live 4 minutes-away. This is how my order arrive. I call to make a complain an the person I spoke to was rude. Telling me that there driver doesn’t only do one delivery at the time. But if it is to delivery a cold order I prefer no order again from this place. Big mistake with no clients no business. One more unhappy customer.
