I called and set up an appointment and they were very accommodating and courteous .The day of my event everything went well. I appreciate the good customer service. The studio size was perfect space.

It's nice. There are mostly middle aged woman here. The instructors are really nice and motivating. There's good parking and everythings good.

I have never been so disrespected before. I called this establishment to ask about renting space for my dance company and the lady was SO RUDE! I truly was shocked because i got so many recommendations from people to go here. Amen i asked if there was studio space available for rent she said “ first of all, who even are you? I don’t even know what you’re doing.” I don’t care how much of a language barrier there is. I felt highly disrespected and unwelcome.

To enjoy your first yoga class: Prepare an open mind to exploring a new experience. Wear comfortable clothing soft and able to stretch and can get down to the floor level. Finally come with 1/2 empty stomach. Cost $15/class. We offer 2 Yoga for beginners classes, Wednesday at 7 pm and Saturday at 10 am. Hope to see you in Crenshaw Yoga & Dance studio.
