Pulled upbto the drive thru and was told to "give her a sec" 5 minutes later I pull up to the window and she tells me the drive thru is closed, u couldnt say that 5 minutes ago instead of telling me to wait, food was good tho

Becareful when you go there don't leave your car after visiting the restaurant , your car will get booted , I bought food from the restaurant then went to rite aid to by medicine only took 5 minutes found my car got booted , I would say to KFC owner shame on you , you let those people boot your customers Cars , my food was still in my car I didn't eat it 😑 , they take it as a business, booting people's cars , go there you will see at least 5 cars booted at the same time , I hope any lawyer take action against those people, they made tons of money out of people's pockets and it's time for them to pay back what they unfairly took it ! , last word to KFC owner , please respect your customers and stop those people , it's not good for your business, unless you have a share in the money they collect it from booting people cars !

Ordered 8pc meal and they didn't put 4 biscuits in bag. Tried calling back to let them know and the phone just rang. The place wasn't busy! Called for 45 minutes and mo one answered phone. This is one of the worst KFC here in this vacinty. They never give you what you ordered. I've tried to patronize this facility, but I'm getting tired of how it's managed. The customer service was very poor. The food was horrible they don't take pride in they job or the food... I would not recommend. You try to give these restaurants a fair shot and its always a let down.

Don't forget they are rude, ghetto, never have enough food prepped, not enough employees, dirty, looks like a homeless shelter..
Sorry to say very true, help very erratic. Turnover is the problem. Main management is to blame. Quality of help not so good. Yet nextdoor at IHOP the help is a 9 on 10 scale. I don't get it either. It could be compensation related. Too bad. It hurts the brand....
