I appreciated how kind, and caring Legal Aid Services were with me. I’ve been going through a very rough time. Legal Aid Services put a smile on my face today, I will never forget it and will recommend them to anyone I hear needing legal aid services.
Monique Chrisman
They are working remotely and they call back from a private number which my phone automatically blocks. Be patient and call after 10:30 am.

Often those are done by the Oregon DOJ consumer complaint division
This office does is devoted to civil law cases, it does not do criminal defense. It has in the last several years assisted in cases against the police where they do things like illegal evictions or violateing the rights of homeless persons, people with disabilities, or people who may not be native English speakers.
This office does not do criminal law, but one can always try to file a report with your local police department. Also, one can contact animal control about any issue related to animals/pets.
Might also try contacting the Contractors Board as well to see if he had a valid license and if so, report the individual there as well.

There are forms for that that are easy to fill out. Here is one law that discusses this issue, there are other ways as well: https://www.oregonlaws.org/ors/109.056
It is not as cut and dry as many people think. You should speak with a private lawyer about this. The Oregon State Bar can often send you to a local lawyer for 1/2 hour for $35 if you call them.
if you are having issues with a manufactured dwelling in a park you can contact the legal aid office or the state for information at: https://www.oregon.gov/ohcs/Pages/manufactured-dwelling-park-services-oregon.aspx
Legal aid does represent people facing eviction. However, you need to talk to them about whether you qualify for their services and whether they will represent you.
All applicants are screened for eligibility independently, please call or come by the office during intake hours.
The forms for dissolution or custody in Oregon as well as instructions are available free from the State. You can find the forms online. The best ones for many people are under Online Services then go to IForms. The general link is: https://www.courts.oregon.gov/forms/pages/default.aspx
