I have been a resident since September 2019. When my wife was diagnosed with cancer shortly after moving day, we found out how caring the staff was. When we lost her, they helped me in so many ways I can't list them all. The facility is constantly upgrading. The food is very good and the entire staff is willing to help with almost anything.

Linus oaks is right across from the hospital. From some of the balconies you can even see the hospitals helicopter pad.

Is it your usual policy to require an initial fee or $ retainer to show that you are sincerely interested in renting a place?

Hi Mical: Not at all. We do have a waiting list for people who have decided they want to call Linus Oakes home in the future, but either we don't have the particular unit they want available at the time, or they are just not quite ready to sell their home and make the move yet. Being on the waiting list gives them first "dibs", and there is a $100 wait list fee, which is credited back to them when they move in. But being on the waiting list is not a requirement at all and is an individual choice. I hope this answers your question. Please call if you'd like more information. 541-677-4800
