Hi Mical: Not at all. We do have a waiting list for people who have decided they want to call Linus Oakes home in the future, but either we don't have the particular unit they want available at the time, or they are just not quite ready to sell their home and make the move yet. Being on the waiting list gives them first "dibs", and there is a $100 wait list fee, which is credited back to them when they move in.
