I came in with my toddler and only one employee was available. The short older male refused to acknowledge me as I said hello and can I have some help repeatedly.... I guess he didn't want several hundred dollars worth of sales today.

My mom is elderly & her headlight went out. I don’t know as much about cars as I would hope so i went into the local Auto Zone just hoping they wouldn’t mind changing it for me. There were two employees there one male & one female who assisted me with no problem! I appreciate them so much. Saved me a lot of time and extra running around! Definitely would recommend asking for any employees who’s names start with J can’t recall their actual names.
