I had a wonderful time with my mentor Chef Kristen and the staff that she has. I learned so much under her and through the Casa program. My academic advisor Josyln was great at keeping me focused on my work and making sure I was able to complete all I needed. I would highly recommend that if you want to further your culinary degree that this is the place to go.

I was absolutely blown away by this program! I started in late January and graduated today June 21st. My adviser was so invested in making sure I was having a great time. She made it her personal mission to answer any question I had. What I felt was most important, sharing photos of my food was always met with encouragement, compliments, and suggestions. My personal experience, has been wonderful. Working with a chef one on one, gives you the opportunity you need to receive the best training that you can get. Whatever you need help with, the chef is right there to assist you. When it comes to training with a knife or various different types of equipment, the chef is right there to show you the correct way or answer any questions that you may have.

First off, without CASA I would be years behind in my career. They gave me the opportunity to prove myself and get hired at PastaBar. This is only the beginning, but CASA allowed me to get a headstart.
