We visited the hotel on May 20th, 2022. We were very happy with the location rooms and service. What made the stay exceptional was the front desk staff. Anitra and Yvette were very professional, helpful and competent. They provided valuable information as to where we could get food and grocery and yes Wine!!! They were funny and interested in their guests wellbeing. Very hard working and dedicated to the service of their guests. They made our stay wonderful!

I have to say that there is nothing special about this place. Some people think if they pay more they will be comfortable but its actually the same as a 3 star hotel. I believe that with all the money they make the beds the floors the luxury is just not their please add better beds...

This Hotel was absolutely amazing!!! The staff there was very very nice and they suggested us to a breakfast and dinner spot and bother were definitely definitely great options! In the future I will come back to this Hotel and I would recommend anyone to come here!!

Positive: It was comfortable, quiet and a good place to watch the Superbowl. Appreciated the extra blankets and pillows. It is in front of a medium-sized mall with 3 restaurants, Macy's and a great wine store. Negative: It would be great if a breakfast could be included with the rate.
