All food was excellent and service too. Steaks cooked perfect and 2+ person sized side dishes a la cart. Atmosphere was personal and not crowded but music was too loud and not relaxing. I liked it though...kinda 80s 90s soft alternative mix. Bathroom was clean but both soaps were empty and no towels...only air dryer thing.

Prime Cincinnati is an underrated Gem with the highest regard on guest experience. Upon entering, the Host will introduce themselves and welcome you as if you are entering their home. The restaurant is looked after by a Husband and Wife team and their son who's mission it is to serve their guests. The incessant attention to detail is evident in the service, food, ambiance and decor. I know this town has some great steaks but the steaks here are grilled to perfection and are next level. Everyone that bites into one of their steaks for the first time literally has a reaction where they are taken back for a moment. This is one of the nicest restaurants in town and my new favorite.

Prime Cincinnati was a fantastic dinner experience. The service was prompt and attentive. I had the 16oz prime Delmonico Ribeye with an onion and mushroom topper and my wife had the scallop risotto. We had a side of their mash potatoes. My steak was incredibly delicious and tender. The steak was almost "melt in your mouth" and I normally don't order or eat mushrooms but their onion and mushroom topper was so delicious that we're trying to recreate it at home. The potatoes were phenomenal and although I did not sample the scallop risotto I was told it was fantastic. I will definitely be coming back and hopefully soon.

Where do I start?? ABSOLUTE 100% at EVERYTHING!! The service was excellent and we had 3 waiters. I wanted to take Mario and his son Michael with me for every restaurant experience. The food was fine dining at its best. The flavors are distinct, succulent and fresh. From the appetizer to the dessert. YUM!!! A hundred times YUM! Take it from me, coming from a New England sea food snub, the spicy crab dip was top notch. The raise short ribs was the best and I really mean the best I have EVER had. Have you tasted heaven in a dessert, well try the tres leches cake 🍰🍰🍰. None other like it. It's a celestial experience on your tongue. The management was attentive, for example it looked like we weren't going to get the table we reserved, the manager came over immediately and fixed it. All in all if you find yourself in the Cincinnati area this is a must stop. Oh, oh, oh...one last thing, bring your wallet. $$$$$$$$. Especially if you will be partaking in wine and spirits, trust me you will NOT be disappointed.

It is expensive but worth it. We spent well over $200 on two of us with a bottle of wine and apps
Yes!
I called yesterday and they said they do have children's menu. Thanks everyone.
Expensive pricing ($25-50/person excluding beverages). Pricing generally in line with average for similar Steakhouse restaurants including a la carte menu. (i.e. main entrees do not include any side items, ex. Mashed potatoes. All side items purchased separately).
