The staff at Alyson Horn Casting are super friendly and seems to understand that actors who show up early or late to their call time usually have a valid reason. In which they are very accommodating for times where you have multiple auditions in a day. The casting operators give very clear instructions to the actors on what they want for the scene. Overall a fun audition experience at AHC!

First time I called I got hung up on, second time just got a very snide tone as well as an extremely sarcastic response, don't list your business as a talent agency if youre going to get mad and irritated at people calling looking for an agent. Rude employees. Customer service needs to improve. It doesn't take a lot of effort to just be kind to other people.

When I called this talent (not casting) agency I was immediately condescended to by the rude receptionist. She refused to answer a simple question and didn't even attempt to disguise her impatience despite the fact that I had only been on the line for a moment. My autistic son Paul is a very talented actor and we will not be going through this talent agency.

Audition went well. The camera man was pleasant. I sensed he wanted me to do well. Low stress in the lobby & very organized.
