Love Amish food like forever. I am a vegetarian and my husband a non-vegetarian and we both enjoyed our food, it's all about simple freshness and it's like coming back to warm food and comfort. Love it here.

First, I have to comment that our server was great; very friendly and attentive. However, this place has really gone down hill. I was impressed last time I visited (aprox. a decade ago). The building itself is lacking proper maintenance. Two of the three sinks in the ladies room wouldn't even turn off. Buffet options were sparse. We went about 2pm, on a weekday. It wasn't busy at all. Fried chicken was dry, and appeared to have been there a while, as did most of the choices on the hot bar. Salad bar items desperately needed freshened up, as they looked past their prime. All in all, there are much better choices in the area.

Typical Amish restaurant, nice decor and pleasant atmosphere. I want to give it 5 stars, but the difference between the food this visit and our previous visit will not allow it. My wife had the pork roast again. Last time, tender and juicy. This time, dry and brittle. The broasted potatoes were dry and crusty. No butter or anything had been added to them. She ended up just pushing her plate away after picking around it for a while. Myself, I got the buffet. Which for the most part was as good as the last time. However, I too wanted some of the pork roast, but it was not refilled during our entire time dining. Everything else on the buffet I enjoyed. I will definitely give them another chance, so I can see in which direction the scale tips.

It was great but we got the salad bar and lunch bar , but only had one plate of salad and one hot food place apiece and still got charged full price! Which is $19.99 per person which is a great deal,but we were stuffed after our salads and hot plate of food. Then I seen on their menu you can get a salad added to a meal for cheaper. So overall the food was amazing , but I just think the server could of refer to the cheaper price since we obviously didn't keep going back for the endless buffet. Just a heads up to anybody that goes there!
