This store has an older feel to it. The lights and floor tiles aren't easy on the eyes and the store is fairly small, compared to others. However, they have some niche stuff here that you won't find at Walmart. Most things can be bought cheaper, elsewhere from our experience. Their selection of yarn and fabric are bursting at seams.

The lady at the cutting table was very helpful, the lady at the cash register was not so nice and that isn't the first time she has been that way to me.

I went in 15 minutes prior to closing. I went in for thread and needlez. The cashier was very pushy. I have worked there completely understand that at closing, you want to go home. But to talk about my every move loudly over their communication system to the manager was very rude. She told her when I was walking up to the register,etc. Asking about locking the doors, etc. She was just not very professional. It was easy to find what I needed. Not a fan of the "newer" layout compared to the layout from previous years. I feel they are going away from "fabric and crafts" and trying to do more home decor. They have always had seasonal decor. It just seems they don't have the same amount of products as before.

Prices were outrageous and the employees ignored us on a number of occasions. We were followed by staff and watched but not helped.bi was very let down by this as my mom worked for joann's for 15 years. Selection was bare and the staff was not helpful.
