My coworker and I came in for a late dinner after a long day. We got more than we expected! We thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance, the food and certainly the service. This is our new "go-to" restaurant whenever we work in Silver Spring.

Good food, but awful bait-and-switch service on the lunch buffet. This is our third time eating at this restaurant, but our first time getting their advertised lunch buffet. On their menu they stated they are serving a lunch buffet and when we arrived at 12:30PM we asked the waiter before we sat down whether they are still doing the lunch buffet (otherwise we’d just go elsewhere) and the waiter confirmed that because of the pandemic we will have a “table side lunch buffet” and that he will bring out the food to us. We agreed to that and sat down. We received one tray of the food shown in the picture and when we asked to get more food once we finished (since we were told it’s a buffet) he said he had to go ask someone. He came back and said no, he can’t give us more food. We were so confused by the entire situation and to realize we basically got scammed into thinking that we were getting a lunch buffet by this waiter and all we received was one tray of sampler items was enough to make us not want to go back.

I love this place. Family owned I believe- delicious food - terrific service - has its own real character. Not glitzy but cozy. These small businesses need our patronage to stay afloat! We dined outside and had fun chatting with the passers by, watching a spectacular sunset, and enjoying the sounds of the city. Almost felt European ☺️
