So far, this is the best ramen place we've tried around the area! The ramen is tasty, we only added some salt according to our preference. The sushi are quite small in sizes but they're also good. And the gyoza taste amazing too. The place is always packed with costumers, atleast when we got there at 5:30PM.

Overall i was disappointed with my experience at this place. To begin, the gyoza was lukewarm almost cool to the touch which is never good to eat 👎. (Gyoza should be hot) The ramen was mediocre the spices made my throat choke. The establishment was little dirty.

I have mixed feelings with this place, because I’ve enjoyed dining in there and their food, but lately the service has been lacking and definitely winter is the WORST time to go there. If you seat closer to the entrance, walk-ins leave both doors open and yourself and your meal FREEZE (best time is summer I guess?), that day was really unpleasant and definitely not “cozy” lol. Please add a sign for the walk-ins, it’s nice for the people dining in already. If you are vegetarian, please tell your server to give you the plain broth (it’s less flavored for sure), because even the veggie ramen one does have shellfish and fish soup base. Would be great to add more vegetarian or vegan options.

Definitely loved this spot 😻👍🏽. Staff would check how your doing and ensures you get your order in a timely manner. Enjoyed music in the background. Very Nice and clean place as well!

The chef is Japanese, straight from Japan. He also has another ramen restaurant in new york.
No. Akira Ramen & Izakaya has ramen and appetizers. They do have various carpaccio appetizers (yellowtail, octopus, and scallops) but no sushi.
They're not doing dine-in at the moment but usually no.
I believe soba noodles are buckwheat. That should be one option
It's a small place. There are tables, booths and bar seating.
