This place is horrible. My daughter and I were the only people who were in the waiting area. We waited for over an hour without even talking to a nurse. When we got our room, we sat in there for 30 minutes without being seen once. The staff were standing around cracking jokes and playing on their phones. I asked for some tissues to wipe her nose with and they gave me one. We ended up walking out and I took her to Randall's.

The care we received from Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center was less than satisfactory. In addition to not having our immediate medical concerns addressed, our basic needs were also blatantly disregarded. Despite urgent and repeated requests, we did not receive food, water, or necessary medication. After paging for assistance more than once, we waited 2.5 hours to be reconnected to IV, blood pressure gauges, and heart monitors. The nurses and doctors didn’t look at patient records and tried to prescribe care that was clearly not healthy for the patient. When we expressed concern, they didn’t care. When we kindly, but desperately expressed frustration at the lack of care a doctor told us that we weren’t being held hostage and were welcome to leave at any point. There were 2 nurses that recognized the state which we were in and expressed sincere apology for what we had faced. They then were able to help us get discharge papers as fast as possible so we could get the care we needed at another hospital. If you are experiencing a true emergency, please especially take into consideration the duration of wait time you will commit to upon arriving at this facility. We left the emergency room after 18 hours and in a worse state than we had entered and having received virtually no care.

Absolutely recommend solely because the treatment from the nurses, physicians, and all staff members. Amidst a pandemic (and all other craziness that comes within the medical field), especially in emergency situations, it takes a special type of person to remain calm, attentive, and safe throughout. Dr Duby and our nurse(s) Georgia and Jim made our experience amazing. These medical professionals reminded us why we choose Providence. The best of the best.

I was seen here for kidney stones. The front reception was very friendly and kind. Had a very short wait about 30 minutes in the waiting room and was taken to the back to a very nice room with warm blankets and a TV. Had several tests done to be determined my pain was from kidney stones. The Dr’s and nurses were very kind and I felt like I received the best of care. I was given several prescriptions and referrals for a Urologist and a General Practioner. I was very happy with my visit to this hospital and would recommend it for you if you need emergency care
