Went to dinner with another couple and really enjoyed it. We had the schnitzel, schweinebraten, and a couple of the wursts. Good German beer selections. Everything was very good. Servers were helpful and friendly. It's quite a ways from home but we'll be back.

Second time here in three days. How the conversation went: “Where should we go? I want something good but we’re not all that familiar with the area.” “That German restaurant was really good. And they have a great beer selection.” “Yeah. I could really go for some German beer; let’s do it!” It did not disappoint! Wish we had a place like this in Phoenix that was closer to where we live 🥺.

Great place for wurst! Husband said its his l favorite German place around. I had the roast beef which was a little tough and needed a bit more flavor. But I think if you stick to their namesake you can't go wrong. Good German beers on tap and many more in bottles around. We will definitely be back.

The food was decent, but nothing spectacular. The view was lovely and the beer selection was good. The vegan sunflower schnitzel tasted a lot like those frozen fake "chicken" patties you find and many grocery stores. I think I disappointed myself because I was expecting something less processed and with more obvious sunflower bits. The fries were good, the salad was fresh. The pork roast was dry and chewy in parts, but decent with the gravy. Mashed potatoes and sauerkraut were good. Go for the beer.
