This location has the worst, inconsistent service. Appears to be understaffed. Of the several times I've visited, the staff working the drive-thru are rude and can't listen. They are too busy going through the ordering routine, they cut you off constantly. There is no courtesy in the conversation, at all. On all 3 visits, the order has been taken wrong. I'm not ordering anything special.... They just can't stop & listen to the customer. Simple things wrong. If you enjoy waiting forever in the drive-thru, being grunted at in some weird caveman/woman speak over the speaker even though you clearly can't pull-up to the order podium because the line of cars is backed-up, well, THIS YOUR GO-TO PLACE!

One might think all McDonald's are the same, but this one has THEE BEST coffee of any McDonald's I've visited. Thank you for the dark roast, it keeps warm, it keeps me truckin'.

The five stars are for the employee who helped me, forgot to ask his name. Drive thru was super busy but he pulled away and gave the service every customer deserves.

Poor. Wrong food/order. No recompense for my extended stay. The app and website are not working for me. Perhaps someone else can get through to them. It seems that I am catching them at shift change and there's no continuity. They have good people trying their best but they are hobbled by something that is getting in their way.
