Brought my Toyota in for service. I think it was Leanna that went over the history and addressed concerns, got me out in a decent time and was willing to recheck the car after I heard a noise. They added lubricant and I was good to go. Free car wash, a discount on service applied and recommended services were outlined. Nice gal. Taking good care of my car. Good service. The only thing that I wasn’t super happy with was the current pricing but we probably can thank inflation for that.
Dysfunctional Veteran
Just recently bought a new 2022 Rav4 Hybrid Limited and returned to the dealership to have a Tow Hitch pkg. added that we bought with the car. The Service dept. did an excellent job installing everything. They even left the Receiver w/pin, but unfortunately forgot to give me a 2" Ball. Otherwise everything went great, all employees were polite, friendly, and helpful. Great job overall, highly recommend. Thanks

I worked with Katelyn McCall to buy my new RAV4. I had been looking in Vancouver, Washington, but had a friend buy from Eugene Toyota for a better deal. I had another friend recommend Katelyn to me. Not only did she find me the car I wanted, but at an even better price than what I had been seeing. The car even arrived earlier than expected. I had a lot of issues with transferring the title of my old car over to Toyota, but Katelyn was very patient and helped me work through everything.
