Quick "The Works" oil change. Unfortunately they discontinued the oil change punch card. I was only one oil change away from a free one. It is now Ford Rewards. Follow-up: The service manager called me and they will honor existing oil change punch cards until they are used up. No new cards are being issued.

Above and beyond customer service! The amazing Anthony(dealer) came through for us and teamed up with Jason (finance manager) to make magic happen! I did a national search for a specific trim level of a Lincoln Navigator L and one turned up right here a few miles away from us at Kendall Ford. The price was aggressive, so my wife and I went in to take a look. We decided that it just wasn’t for us. No problem. The sales associate, Perry, wasn’t pushy at all. We saw a Toyota Sienna next to the Navigator that was in much better condition than a few others we had looked at and had more features too. We drove it and liked it. Before moving forward, I wanted to compare the price to other Sienna vans with similar features and miles within the nearest 200 miles. If there were better deals around, I didn’t want to pay more than we had to. Perry no only allowed me time to do this, but encouraged it. It turns out that their Sienna was the best deal within 200 miles. We had a tight schedule that day, but the staff were very flexible in helping us make the purchase on our timeline.

Wow, what an amazing and efficient shopping and buying process. Anthony Lucas is your guy if you need a rig. He put so much effort, time and thought into finding me the best new vehicle with everything I wanted. He was extremely resourceful in getting everything pulled together and so gracious about it every step of the way. I would call or text him many times with changes and he didn't skip a beat to make them happen. I have purchased many vehicles from Kendall Ford and am certainly a customer for life. They do not pressure you, make you feel uncomfortable and move with you at your pace. Added bonus: the coffee at the dealership is super good, too! 5 starts across the board for Anthony, Dillon, the boss in the Sales Tower who should also be a comedian and Kendall all around!

Not usually, there are many different possibilities of the casual part because of various setups by model/year of the vehicle. I'd recommend taking it to the dealer to get it diagnosed.
