Sight seeing in Long Beach marina area. It is lunch time and just simply Google a and find this small ramen restaurant. It is about 5mins driving. Parking by the street in the front. It is week day so there are less customers. We try Shoot, Miso and Tonkasu ramen. The last one is the best. Service is also the best. By the way, their restaurant is very clean. Much better than a brand coffee store by the marina area.

Got the tonkostsu ramen- the chashu pork is so buttery and light, I'd order just a plate of that by itself. Also ordered fried calamari and it was good! - then went back again for spicy tonkostsu ramen and a chashu steamed bun and it was great!

Really good food, just be aware the orders to go of the soup are smaller than when you eat there, I recommend coming during the lunch hours because they have good specials if you are hungry and ready to eat! Big portions when eating in but really small when ordering out 🙃

The place is really nice and cozy. We wait for 30 min or more for table but it was worth it! the rames is so tasty, the takoyaki is a good option for started and the edamame too. I tried Asahi beer and I like a lot! the waiter was super nice and attentive, definitely I want to back to thus place.
